The State Diamond Trader seeks to appoint suitably qualified and experienced service provider to submit a proposal for the website hosting, support, maintenance and management service for a period of twelve (12) months

Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.

The closing date for submission is 31 JULY 2026 at 16H00 .

  No late submissions will be accepted .

Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points won’t be awarded.

NB: All documents must be emailed to quotation@statediamondtrader.gov.za
