The State Diamond Trader is seeking a service provider to conduct an evaluation on the effectiveness of the Board in executing its duties for a 12-member Board.

Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.

The closing date for submission is the 17^th of March at 15H00.

No late submissions will be accepted.

Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
