The State Diamond Trader seeks to appoint a service provider to do physical filling system, supply of physical files and supply of physical cabinet.

Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.

The closing date for submission is the 09 October 2024 at 16h00.

No late submissions will be accepted.

Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
