State Diamond Trader

The State Diamond Trader is seeking a service provider that will review and develop a business model that is aligned to the State Diamond Trader Mandate, also a financial model and an operational plan.

Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4 , SBD1 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.

The closing date for submission is the 18 August 2025 at 11H00 .

Compulsory Briefing session

Compulsory Briefing session will be conducted on the 05 August 2025 at 11h00am at State diamond Trader. Bidders are to send any queries to archellisr @statediamondtrader.gov.za   .

Bidders who did not attend the compulsory briefing session , their bid will be invalid and will not be in evaluated .

No late submissions will be accepted .

Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
